Initial Comment:
Curl realease 7.10.8
OS Linux RedHat 7.2
proftp 1.2.9

When downloading some files with the easy_perform function,
if a file does not exists, the perform returns the
error FTP_COULDNT_RETR_FILE (normal) but the next
perform for the next file, which exists, returns
PARTIAL_FILE error.

If the file exists, there is no error.
