Open Source Ch Curl package is released.
The Ch Curl package is a C/C++ interpreter Ch interface to the
Curl library. With Ch Curl pacakge, all Curl library functions can run
across platform in Ch without compilation.

The source code for building Curl interface with Ch is also
included in the package.

Ch is a free C/C++ interpreter. It can be used for
cross-platform scripting, shell programming, 2D/3D plotting,
numerical computing, and embedded scripting.
