You can't just use a random IP address at your will. You do know that, right?
The IP address needs to be one that your host has/uses.

... which proves curl can't use that address as source IP.

And *please* bug your company to stop polluting the world with those huge
chunks of crap footer blurbs that serve no purpose and waste space.
