Interesting. With "-3" and "curl 7.13.1 (i686-pc-linux-gnu)
libcurl/7.13.1 OpenSSL/0.9.7e zlib/1.2.2" I get "Error 500: Unable to
process request". If I reduce the double-slash after .gov to a single
slash, I get a usable page.

I'm guessing that's a Lotus Domino problem. Even so, using a proper
url works better.
