I have a problem with the digest authentication in curl.
This is the string sent to the server:

Digest username="admin", realm="private",
nonce="664a0711e42d948d03336ef0b34eaad4", uri="/private/readme%2Ehtml",
response="c389b89b520a317a8656f27a53639f54"

The above is missing ‘nc’ and ‘qop’. Not sending qop is deprecated and
not supported by our server.
