How to use Curl with ASP to access remote SQL

I just moved to GoDaddy.com and my asp scripts no longer connect to
SQL Server located on another database server.
They only allow port 3128 for access to remote databases.

Does anyone know how to use CURL with ASP in order to access data
from a remote SQL Server?
