Internationalizing curl

Is anyone interested making curl multilingual? Making curl use gettext
is actually pretty straightforward, but finding people to do the translation
(and keep it up to date in future curl releases) is the hard part.

There's also the question of how much gets translated. Translating the
output of --help and the error messages would be a minimum, translating
the output of --verbose would be next, then translating the man page
and finally the output of --manual. This works out to roughly 3800,
1500, 11100, and 5100 new words each level, for a total of 21500 words
(the equivalent of an 86 page book). But doing even the minimum would be
enough to let some people who don't know English to use curl; the rest
could always come later.
