Hi,

Is it possible to use the NO_PROXY environment variable to prevent proxy
usage for all ports other than 80 and 443? Put another way, how can I
setup env variables so curl only uses a proxy on standard http/https
ports 80/443?

I ask for env vars because we don't control the command line options.
