Hi,

I am a recent enrollee to this list and not sure if this is the right
forum to mention a possible bug in Curl. Please let me know if I need to
send this to another email address or if this email is under review.

As to the bug, when trying to use an HTTPS url as follows

a) https://user:pass@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxx/testone, the actual URL
made by curl is GET xxxxx/testonA (this should be testone)

However, any other URL or the same URL without the user:pass@ seems to
work as expected.
