here is my make result for curlpp-0.7.2-devel:

example18.cpp: In function 'int main(int, char**)':
example18.cpp:85: error: 'BoostWriteFunction' is not a member of
'cURLpp::Options'
example18.cpp:85: error: 'test' was not declared in this scope
example18.cpp:85: error: expected type-specifier
example18.cpp:85: error: expected `;'

(the compiler was gcc (GCC) 4.1.0 (SUSE Linux) on x86_64 architecture in
64-bit mode.)

another small problem: make install does not install global.h and config.h.
global.h makes no sense on non-windows-system without -DHAVE_CONFIG_H, this
is not included in curlpp-config
