I use pycurl on win32. I have the problems with access to the site
https://launchpad.net via SSL. Error says:

error: (60, 'SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK. Details:\nerror:14090086:SSL
routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTI
FICATE:certificate verify failed')

As FAQ says I need CA certificates bundle.
Where I could get this bundle for Windows?
