because the current default build is building a commandline curl.nlm which autoloads libcurl.nlm as dynamic lib;
so the curl.nlm only checks against the valid libcurl.imp list and builds fine...

we should probably introduce a check for the libcurl.a|lib|so|nlm|whatever self ...

I see what I can add in testcurl.pl...
