Not exactly, the test data is:

http://%HOSTIP:%HTTPSPORT/504 localhost:55555

and the host libcurl fails to resolv is 'localhost'.

I have changed 'localhost' to '%HOSTIP' but the test still fails because
of some other problem I haven't tracked yet.
