In order to test my GnuTLS changes easier, I went ahead and committed the lot.
Prepare for some bumps in the road.

CVS HEAD should now build and run with GnuTLS, if told to with configure
--with-gnutls. Please test and report.

I intend to test this myself on a range of different systems, but the more
eyes and fingers we get involved, the better it'll become.
