Announce: New release of Pascal/Delphi bindings

CurlPas is a Pascal binding and object-oriented wrapper for libcurl.

Fifth release - November 5, 2005:
( Updated against libcurl version 7.15.0 )

This release features a Lazarus-compatible LCL component, an improved
"curl_multi" wrapper,
better run-time access to cookies, built-in background threading for GUI
applications,
auto-search for the Win32 SSL-cert bundle, expanded documentation, lots of
code clean-up,
and a shiny new website:
