HAVE_STRUCT_SOCKADDR_STORAGE and ares

This change: http://cool.haxx.se/cvs.cgi/curl/lib/setup.h.diff?r1=1.91&r2=1.92
doesn't work as intented if ares is used, because although the curl configure
defines HAVE_STRUCT_SOCKADDR_STORAGE ares configure does not - and ares too
includes from curl/lib/setup.h.

I would send a patch but I noticed this problem just now when I browsed the
autobuilds, and I'm on my way home. Someone else is probably on it already I
would think.
