Problem with compiling libcirl in MS Visual C++ 6.0

Hi,
I tried to build the latest version of libcurl(7.15.0) in visual and
I get one error:
----------------Configuration: curllib - Win32 Debug------------------
Compiling...
Error spawning cl.exe
libcurl.dll - 1 error(s), 0 warning(s)
So, anybody have idea what's the problem is??
