Go to:
  http://cool.haxx.se/mailman/listinfo/curl-library

And scroll down till you see the button:
  "Unsubscribe or edit options"
(enter your email address, and click the button)

On the next page enter your password and click "Login"

Then on the page after that, scroll down until you find:
"Set Digest Mode" and click the "Off" option.

Then click "Submit My Changes" at the bottom of the page.
