Only David Rosenstrauch voted in favour of the work around patch to
'fix' the broken third-party library.
So...
Known bug #55 has been added to the docs:
55. libcurl fails to build with MIT Kerberos for Windows (KfW) due to
KfW's library header files exporting symbols/macros that should be
kept private to the KfW library. See ticket #5601 at
