i am sorry, there are some mistake in my previous mail. it's not
c-ares-1.5.2's fault.

c-ares-1.5.2 has try to link clock_gettime() with -lrt, but curl-7.18.1 did
not

so , c-ares-1.5.2 configure ok, but curl-7.18.1 configure failed
