Gopher patches for cURL (includes test suite)

Okay, here we go. This is gopher for cURL round 2:

-- Curl_write() now used for the critical portion in lib/gopher.c
-- ftpserver.pl modified to serve Gopher over IPv4 and IPv6
-- four base tests for gopher, including index, selector, query and IPv6
