shifting the expiry date to 2037 for now
to be before the possibly problematic year 2038

similar in spirit to commit e6293cf

Background

I found this when working on reproducible builds for openSUSE
where I test if a package build still produces identical results in 15y
(which is roughly how long current code might be used)

shifting the expiry date to 2037 for now
to be before the possibly problematic year 2038

similar in spirit to commit e6293cf
