Probably not, we got the connection to work when the IIS was upgraded
with the new intermedia cert

This leads me to another question, when importing the intermediate
certificate in IE and Opera the both show that the connection was ok,
but i couldn't get Curl to accept it (tried putting the cert in a
seperate file, and in the curl-ca-bundle.crt)
