Hello,
I'm at the ITEXPO (asterisk) in US -> Florida -> Ft Lauderdale.
Whenever I connect to get a file I get a massive transfer speed of 4MBs
(unless I am already downloading something in which case the speed is
slower), after roughly 5s the speed drops down to 0.8MBs (again unless
I'm downloading something else in which case the speed is slower).
I can reproduce this constantly.
I'm using Kernel 4.4.39. curl 7.52.1 .
I'm just curious as to why this is happening, I've seen this behaviour
for 1s just as the transfer initializes, but never for a sustained rate
like this.
