Release update - I came up with a way to test pycurl on Python 2.4
which is not supported by bottle etc. ([1]) Therefore I will delay the
release until I am able to test it appropriately. I am keeping track of
release steps, including tests that need to be run, in [2].

I am a little busy presently so the testing might take a couple of
weeks. However, I will script as much of it as possible making the
delay largely a one time deal.

Merging of patches that change pycurl itself rather than test suite,
such as [3], is on hold until the release is made.
