Getting data image from RTSP

I want to capture a frame of an image from the ip camera by RTSP. Is it
possible with the current version? As I check, INTERLEAVEFUNCTION and
INTERLEAVEDATA is not supported on the current version. So how can I get
RTP data from RTSP?
