Let me guess:

 Edit the makefile.m32 file and replace the 'gcc' with the name of your
compiler, change all the options to ones your compiler likes. Then run 'make'
or whatever your make-clone is named.

I've never received makefiles from anyone that built libcurl with borland, so
if you manage to do this, I'd be happy if you could send me your working
makefiles!
