Hello!

I've wrapped up a new version of PycURL, a Python module for the cURL
library. The current version of PycURL is 0.4.0 and requires cURL
version 7.8 or greater to work.

Changes:
        - The module namespace has been renamed from curl to pycurl.

        - Added example script for HTTP-POST and XML-RPC.
        
        - Added example script for using PycURL and GNOME/Gtk.

        - Cleaned up most of the example scripts and added more comments.
