Ann: New version of PycURL

Hello!

A new version of PycURL is available. PycURL is a Python wrapper module
for the cURL library.

Changes:

- Fixed bugs that caused spurious exceptions to occur.
- Added options to setopt that were missing.

The latest version is 0.4.3 and can be downloaded from the PycURL homepage
at sourceforge:
