ANN: New version of PycURL

Hello!

A new version of PycURL is available. PycURL is a Python wrapper module
for the cURL library.

Changes:

* Updated the INSTALL document for Win32 and added missing link
flag to make pycurl build and install on MacOS X.

* Added CURLINFO_STARTTRANSFER_TIME and CURLOPT_FTP_USE_EPSV from
libcurl 7.9.2.

* Added the 'test_stringio.py' file which demonstrates the use of
StringIO objects as callback.

The current version is 0.4.5 and can be downloaded from sourceforge:
