I'd suggest that you do it yourself.

Install the perl interface and get the basic example to start with. Modify it
step by step to do what you want. Test test test.

Then ask on this list if there's anything you don't grasp or understand.

I don't think you'll find anyone who's willing to do your dirty work for
nothing.
