file to download:plouf
ftp server:192.168.1.1
proxy HTTP: proxyname PORT:port

curl_global_init(CURL_GLOBAL_ALL);
curl_easy_setopt(curl, CURLOPT_USERPWD, "toto:titi");
ftpfile = fopen("/home/plouf", "w");
curl_easy_setopt(curl, CURLOPT_URL,
"ftp://192.168.200.138/tata/plouf");
curl_easy_setopt(curl, CURLOPT_HTTPPROXYTUNNEL, TRUE);
curl_easy_setopt(curl, CURLOPT_PROXY, proxyname);
curl_easy_setopt(curl, CURLOPT_PROXYPORT, port);
curl_easy_setopt(curl, CURLOPT_FILE, ftpfile);
