...the Borland C++ Builder warning removal continues.

I'm getting some bizarre things from getdate.c (which uses ugly #line
directives), such as:

bison.simple(358): W8065 Call to function 'Curl_gd_error' with no prototype

Is it possible that I have included getdate.c and getenv.c in my project and
shouldn't have?
