Hi

When we checkout the fresh latest curl sources from CVS, there are a bunch of
files that aren't existing.

For *nix systems, we need to run 'buildconf' and then run 'configure' properly
and we're set.

For Windows people, I figure we could have a 'buildconf.bat' or similar that
would rename the *.cvs files and create the non-existing lib/ca-bundle.h file.

Wouldn't it make it easier for windows people to build curl from the CVS
sources?
