Ah, thanks for verifying it. I was pretty sure I had fixed those bugs after I
made the test suite work fine with persistent connections so I could test that
a lot better.

In fact, your findings about the NTLM problems when changing credentials
between two curl_easy_perform() calls, also pointed out several similar errors
that would occur if you had multiple FTP and/or proxy connections as well (in
pretty much exact the same way).
