bugfixes share implementation, new test506

Hi,
I've rewritten the share implementation test506, which doesn't
use threads anymore but generates much more debug output. And
it uncovers a bug in the hare implementation: CURL_LOCK_DATA_SHARE
wasn't locked. share-bugfix.patch fixes that, also it fixes a
race condition in curl_share_cleanup.
