You're wrong. GetNetworkParams() exists only on 98/ME/2k/XP/2003, it does
NOT exist in NT4. So yes, if you want to neglect NT4 you can use that.
However, if Curl neglected NT4 then I would personally have no use for it
since I need it to support all flavors of win32, and I assume there are
others who need curl to run on NT4 as well.
