Yes, I meant the time-of-day stamp (not the date-stamp).

Currently the files are called:
  http://cool.haxx.se/curl-daily/curl-7.10.8-20031031-09:20.tar.gz

Wouldn't
  http://cool.haxx.se/curl-daily/curl-7.10.8-20031031.tar.gz

be sufficient?
