c-ares install fix (error caused by removed ares_free_errmem.3)

Hi curl developers,
current c-ares cvs version has a small install bug caused by
removing the unused ares_free_errmem:
/usr/bin/install: cannot stat `./ares_free_errmem.3': No such file or directory
To fix this remove the according line in Makefile.in or apply attachted patch (which
does the same).
