Here's a patch to get curl in CVS to build with MSVC 7 and ENABLE_IPV6. The
"real" patch to remove WinSock 2.0 dependence where possible to follow.

It would really help me out to have 7.11.1 only depend on WinSock 2.0 where
absolutely necessary. Patch coming shortly after I figure out what it takes
to support IPv6.

Another patch I'd like to get in is a version resource for curl.exe as well.
I've got a patch very similar to the one Gisle did for the version resource
for libcurl.dll that I'll send once the Winsock stuff is worked out.

Thanks much.
