Sorry, but it do not work.

I've changed the lib/Makefile.vc6 so that the line:

CFLAGS = /I "." /I "../include" /nologo /W3 /GX /D "WIN32" /D "VC6" /D "
_MBCS" /D "_LIB" /YX /FD /c /D "MSDOS"

would appear as

CFLAGS = /I "." /I "../include" /nologo /W3 /GX /D "WIN32" /D "VC6" /D "
_MBCS" /D "_LIB" /YX /FD /c /D "MSDOS" /D "USE_MANUAL"

Thank I've recompiled everything, but nothing has changed.

I tried to change CFLAGSSSL too, but the problem persists.

Oh darn. Try to define USE_MANUAL on the command line. I guess by adding

 "/D USE_MANUAL"

to the cflags in the makefile.
