Subject: Bug#256838: Libcurl uses obsolete no-cache variant

Package: libcurl2
Version: 7.11.2-1

Libcurl uses the following header on all requests:

  Pragma: no-cache

Pragma is obsolete in HTTP/1.1; Cache-Control should be used instead.
Pragma should also be included, for compatibility with HTTP/1.0.

This is hopefully minor, as most HTTP/1.1 proxies also grok Pragma for
compatibility with obsolete clients. However, I'd expect at least
some proxies to ignore Pragma when speaking with a client that claims
to speak HTTP/1.1, which is the case of libcurl.
