Yes, there are several options but there is no --with-ntlm option. That's why
configure --help doesn't mention any.

Yes, you can use --with-ntlm but you can also use --with-magicstuffwedontdo.
None of these options make any difference.

NTLM is available on all curl builds with OpenSSL present.
