I would like to do the HTTP auth changes as discussed, but I don't have any
server of my own with NTLM authentication.

I would be very happy if there is someone with a IIS 5 or IIS 6 (preferably
both) that can provide a test URL for me to debug this new stuff with. I would
need to POST/PUT to the URL.

whatever other details we need to sort out.
