Hi

This 170KB (when uncompressed) patch has all commands used in the existing
test cases converted to state machine to enable non-blocking operations.

It is however not yet completely adjusted to be non-blocking (for the multi
API).

This also lacks the 3rd party support, but we're working on that as can be
seen in other threads here.
