What are the improvements for the ftp third party in the version 7.13 ?
Currently, it's not easy to manage third party transfer considering we have
one ftp client connected to any ftp servers (each connexion is a curl
session CURL*), because a transfer creates a new connexion to the source
server (CURLOPT_SOURCE_HOST) although we are already connected to all
servers !
