Hey

'configure --enable-sspi' now enables SSPI for a curl build. This of course
only works for windows, but it works nicely with my cross-compiler as well.

I removed libcurl's security.h header as mentioned before. And I made the
inclusion of security.h in urldata.h use a lowercase s, since case differences
matter on Linux and all headers use lowercase in the mingw cross-compile
include tree.
