http(s) servers ?

most famous under both Linux and WIN32:
- http://www-306.ibm.com/software/webservers/httpservers/ (it uses
apache..)
- http://www.w3.org/Jigsaw/
- and many more....
or for WIN32 you can use native Microsoft IIS

or for a Linux "small HTTP(s) server" check this:
http://www.acme.com/software/mini_httpd/
