I'm using the curl_easy API to put files in WebDAV servers, and I'm
finding that even if the URL and/or authentication options are
clearly wrong, the call to curl_easy_perform returns a 0. Which is a
problem since I'd rather know it was wrong and display a message to
the user indicating so.

I wonder if this is a bug or a feature, or if I should set some extra
option to get errors or retrieve them from somewhere else (maybe a
function to get the http result?)
