What and how do I install

Hi,
I'm going to use libcurl within php code on Windows XP with Apache. I
downloaded hopelly the right file libcurl-7.15.0-win32-nossl-sspi.zip but I
don't know how to install it. The README refers to an INSTALL - but no such
file exists.
Please help me.
